LEXUS PRESENTS ITS COMPACT HYBRID SUV IN ITS 2022 CONFIGURATION. IN THE PROGRAM OF THE EVOLUTIONS MADE TO THE LEXUS 250H, ONLY A FEW AESTHETIC CHANGES. WHY ? BECAUSE, AS THE EXPRESSION “YOU DON'T CHANGE A WINNING TEAM,” THE JAPANESE SUV HAS BEEN A NOTABLE SUV IN EUROPE SINCE ITS LAUNCH IN 2019 WITH NO LESS THAN 50,000 SOLD.

Thus, the new wheel arches of the SUV in its restyled version are in body color for the “F Sport”, “F Sport Executive” and “Executive” finishes. In our eyes, too many car manufacturers present SUVs with the “essential” plastic wheel arch protection.

Above in the photo, the Lexus 250h 4WD in “F Sport” finish during our test carried out in early 2019. As you can see, the plastic wheel arches clearly offer a much less refined rendering.

For the rest nothing changes with, always, a multitude of driving aids of last generation knowing that the Lexus 250h is available in 2 or 4 driving wheels with the choices. The Lexus 250h 4WD is powered by an 80 kW engine with a torque of 202 Nm. This system is, of course, associated with a thermal block: 4-cylinder 2.0 l petrol with 152 horsepower (at 6,000 rpm) and 190 Nm of torque (between 4,000 and 5,200 rpm).
